LORRAINE : BEERS & BAGELS

WALMER : BEERS & BAGELS

The Beers & Bagels Fun Run | Part 2 | Walmer will start at Bloomingdales Lifestyle Centre in front of the Jacks Bagels Walmer restaurant. Runners will proceed as follows:

• Run out of the shopping centre and turn left onto Main Road
• From there you will turn left into 9th Avenue
• Runners will move straight along 9th Avenue and turn left into Short Road
• Runners will move straight along Short Road and turn right into Club Road
• At the end corner of Club Road runners will exit the tar road and join the trail
• Following the trail all the way until you reach the exit of the trail the joins back onto 9th Avenue
• From here runners will run all the way back down 9th Avenue until reaching Main Road
• From here runners will turn right onto Main Road
• Running up Main Road until reaching Bloomingdales Lifestyle Centre on your right
• Runners will turn right into the centre where they will follow the road going behind the centre where they will finish at Tapas.

Cones will be placed along the entire route to direct runners. Marshals will be placed at critical points along the route. 

SUMMERSTRAND : BEERS & BAGELS

The Beers & Bagels Fun Run will start at Summerstrand Village in front of the Jacks Bagels Summerstrand restaurant. Runners will proceed as follows:

• Run out of the shopping centre gates and turn left onto 8th Avenue
• From there you will turn left into Brighton Drive
• Runners will move straight past 9th Avenue and turn left into 10th Avenue
• At the bottom of 10th Avenue runners will cross the road BEFORE crossing Marine Drive
• Turn left across Marine Drive at the Pedestrian crossing
• From here runners will follow along the footpath all the way to flatrocks where the path will merge with the road.
• Runners will turn left at the next available street toward pine lodge
• You will need to run past Pine Lodge into the reserve (you will loop around to the back entrance)
• At SANCCOB penguin sanctuary 5km runners will turn left through a gate toward the Ocean
• The final part of the run will be along the beach and up the walkway where runners will finish on the deck at Ziggy's Rock and Reggae Bar 

Cones will be placed along the entire route to direct runners. Marshals will be placed at critical points along the route.
