If you have a valid 2025 TSA Number please ensure this number is captured on your Zsports website profile (starting with TSA00) else you won't be able to select a Championship event below.

Please note that DAY LICENSE fees are already included in the Social Entry Categories.

RACE BELTS are required for all Triathlon / Duathlon events due to the need to face your number to the back durnig the cycle and the front during the run (these are available on the website or at the event for those that don't have their own) - race numbers will be provided on race day. Where chip timing is done at the event, a chip timing strap will also be required.

Age Restrictions:
Super-Sprint Distance is only open to athlete's 12 years and older.
Sprint Distance for athlete's 16 years or older
Standard / Long Distance for athlete's 18 years or older.
* Age as at 31st December (race year)

Please ensure that you understand the race route maps and the race rules and that you have read the online Race Brief BEFORE reporting for entry on race day. Marshals are on the course for your safety, NOT to direct you.

This year's GQTri event includes the NMB Triathlon Championships which will be trials for selection into the SA Standard Distance Championships in the City on the 6th April. All those selected for the team will be automatically included in the Afrca Championships event taking place at the same time as SA Champs. The Africa Championships is an open event so will also be open for entry for all TSA Members.
