ENTRY INCENTIVES

Please note that any entry incentives, for all entries and payments before 1st August, which may be offered with this event, like t-shirts, goody bags, Kids packs, tokens etc are to be collected at pre-registration. Such incentives WILL not be kept for participants once registration is closed and the race starts and, in most instances, will be given away during the course of the event or prize giving as the organiser sees fit. Please note, depending on how late you register for the event, T-shirt sizes can not be guaranteed as t-shirts have already been ordered. Please note the kids packs do not include a t-shirt.

Entry refund/Transfer Policy:

Unfortunately due to the administrative and logistical costs of our Zsports Events, we have a NO REFUND or carry forward policy for all our events. However, we have introduced the ability to transfer your entry before race weekend. It is the withdrawing athlete's responsibility to find a suitable replacement for their entry and such replacement is required to register online (before close of entries) in the applicable race category in order to be eligible for entry. T-shirt sizes for replacements can not be guaranteed.

If you are unable to attend, please notify us in writing so that you can send you a discount coupon code for your replacement to use when they register online. 

MANUAL ENTRIES

Manual Entries (at R200) will be possible at Brian Bands Sports (Newton Park) or Zsports Offices (Walmer), but we do encourage the discounted online entry option.

CAMARADERIE

We're all in this TOGETHER to support each other and as such we have decided that this event will be a non-timed event. 

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Please note that the courier delivery is only applicable to merchandising items - Race Packs will ONLY available for collection in race week at the registration venues advertised.
