Rules & Regulations

This is a FUN team building event and should be entered in the spirit of the event.

Dress-up, bright, lumo, flashy kit encouraged.

Company teams are NOT restricted to company employees only.

Stadium grounds are OUT OF BOUNDS to anyone who isn't busy with their designated run/walk leg. Spectators or team members must stay within the area of World of Windows (fenced off section).

Participants have to complete the entire 3.5km lap (no short cuts)

Walkers MAY NOT run at any stage of their lap

The correct team members details MUST BE captured online before race night

Supplier race numbers must be visible at all times on the FRONT of the participant

Race numbers include the designated leg of the race and participants MUST take part in the order of this designated leg.

ONLY the last participant in the team must come through the finish area

The is a CUT-OFF (as advertised by the MC on the evening of the event) - at such time, all team participants who haven't already started will be set-off so that all teams get to finish.
