Races available for Entry

This year we have some exciting events for the whole family. Select from the list below and please ensure that your personal profile is up to date with relevant information like your current school and swimming club.

Please note that the EFT Payment option is only available up until midnight Wednesday (of race week) whilst online registration will stay open until that Friday midnight in order to give us enough time to process all the entries.

Late entries MAY BE ACCEPTED on race days but an additional R100 late entry fee will apply.

Your race entry includes your R20 entry fee into the slipway area & a SANParks levy for swimming in the River - spectators will be required to pay a R20 entry fee before 2pm and R50 after 2pm.

Refund Policy

When entering, you accept that all entry fees are non-refundable - you are making a non-refundable purchasing decision and must agree to this policy. You may not give or sell your number to another individual outside of the authorized transfer policy and process - if you do, this will result in disqualification and banishment from this event. This policy stays in effect whether you are injured, have an unexpected business or family emergency, illness, pregnancy, etc. There are NO exceptions. Once you register, unrecoverable race course services and items are paid for for you as if you will be attending the event.

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to events out of our control such as a natural disaster or emergency. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. We may also alter the courses and distances at any time if required due to course blockages or other restrictions or impediments. There will be no fee refunds for a postponed or canceled event. 

Sanparks Levy

The 2024 SANParks Levies for hosting an event on the Sunday's River included in the entry fees will be: 
Saturday Events: R106 levy
Sunday Mile Events: R116 - R132 levy depending on number of entries
Kids across the River Race: R106 levy
